Who else is familiar with the fleeting moment after the sun has set, the city lights turn on and you feel like you’re at the beginning of a dream? Some call it dusk, others call it twilight but for this post let’s refer to it as the magic hour. Nick and I found ourselves on the edge of the east river, or Dumbo rather, looking Manhattan in the eye as the city began to unwind. Several tourist’s started to fill space, families and loved ones taking photo after photo to capture the indescribable bridges & bokeh backdrop. I was dressed in my nautical best, ready for the chilly autumn weather on the water. Nick eventually had to tell me to pipe down after I found myself talking non-stop about how soft and comfortable my zip-up pullover was. Sporty and stylish are hard to come by and for that reason alone, I recommend this piece. Of course the season of khaki shorts are coming to a close but I’m milking it for all it’s worth. If you live somewhere that has perpetual summer like Southern California for instance, Check out some more short options here.
Want to say thanks to everyone who has been following my travels and adventures lately. A lot of you are constantly commenting and supporting and I read each and every one. it means the world, and today, it’s the best birthday gift.
